Booking your first visit

The easiest way to book is online via HotDoc — choose any of our doctors and pick a time that suits you. You can also call reception on (03) 9397 7300.

What to bring

• Medicare card
• Concession or DVA card if applicable
• List of current medications and known allergies
• Any recent test results, imaging or specialist letters
• Immunisation history (for children)

What to expect

We're a mixed-billing practice. Most appointments incur a private fee with a Medicare rebate; some patients (children under 15 on weekdays, certain concession card holders) may be bulk billed. Reception will confirm the cost when you book and again at reception. See Fees & billing for the full schedule.

Cancellations

Please give us at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation fee of $50 (standard) or $70 (long) applies for late cancellations and no-shows.
