Williamstown GP Group is AGPAL accredited and a Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) member practice. ABN 41 132 889 570.

Communication

Reception can be reached on (03) 9397 7300 during opening hours. We do not discuss clinical matters by email. For non-urgent communication, please book a phone or telehealth appointment via HotDoc.

Test results

Please book a follow-up appointment to discuss any pathology or imaging results. Reception cannot release results over the phone.

Repeat scripts and referrals

Repeat prescriptions and referrals require a face-to-face or telehealth consultation with your GP. See Repeat scripts.

Home visits

Home visits are offered to established patients in our local area, subject to availability. Call reception before 10am if a home visit may be needed that day.

Feedback and complaints

Patient feedback helps us improve. Please use our feedback form or speak with the Practice Manager. If you remain dissatisfied, you may contact the Health Complaints Commissioner on 1300 582 113.
